It is nice but not enough parking.submitted by Rachel H. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice place to live and I like where it is located. The office staff is really nice and they try to be as helpful as they can. they have improved since last semester. There is not enough parking so if you want a parking pass you should hurry to get one as soon as you can. Sometimes the snow is not handled very well so on the sidewalks one should walk carefully. They do a lot to try and make the residents happy and provide a lot of different activities and opportunities for people to hang out and meet each other.
It's Pretty Nicesubmitted by Sarah T. - |Recommended: YesFirst off, I hate the new name. The Ivy was such a cute name, and University View is just... ew. Anyway, I love maintenance guys and the managers They're all so great an helpful. The only things that could be improved would be just more storage space and I wish the buses ran to Walmart on more days like they used to- its always very crowded now.
I love the Ivysubmitted by Sabrina W. - |Recommended: YesI love the Ivy The managers and maintenance people are always so kind and they really do care I lived there for 3 semesters and the only reason I'm not there now is because I'm going on a mission. The Ivy is definitely the place to be if you want to be with people who enjoy having fun and have managers who actually want to get to know you and be your friend. I love the Ivy
Pretty Goodsubmitted by Jessica J. - |Recommended: YesThe Ivy Apartments are pretty great. Management is awesome and kind, so is maintenance. Except there is hardly any visitor parking and way too much tenant parking. Its super frustrating
It's pretty goodsubmitted by Danielle N. - |Recommended: NoI've liked living at the ivy thus far, however, I have heard better things about other apartments. However I love the trash and maintenance guys, they are always helpful and polite
Reviewsubmitted by Skye C. - |Recommended: YesI love living at the Ivy This only things that I think need some work is the Wifi coverage, it was ridiculous thing to get it to work. Also, making sure the shuttle doesn't leave early. For example, when it says on the paper that it leaves at 9 15, not leaving before that. There has even been a few times where I have rushed after class to catch it, and even though it is still 9 15, they are already gone.
Clean, well taken care of.submitted by Kaitlyn G. - |Recommended: YesI love how much room are in the apartments. Easily the biggest apartments for what you pay for them. The decor is modern, especially in the common rooms, which makes it really nice to have events ward activities. The maintenance guys are always super fast if anything goes wrong isn't working, and they are really friendly. I love it here
Good price for what you getsubmitted by David G. - |Recommended: YesIf internet and air conditioning is important to you you want to get this apartment. It is very close to most of the computer engineering classes if your taking that so walking is super close. They have a bus system that takes you to the store and around campus. They are very fast with requests and seem to always be fixing something and not leaving it to dry.
Good but could be bettersubmitted by Henry S. - |Recommended: YesIt's a nice place to live, the shuttle is really nice to have, but the apartment is kinda trashy. The hallways smell, each with a different smell. The carpet needs to be redone. It multiple apartments here I have felt the nails from the carpet the nails that hold the carpet in place . A lot of my outlets were detached from the wall i would plug stuff in and it would fall into the wall . After memorial day weekend, the people that pick up the trash a giant pile of trash outside my apartment the space inbetween building 2 and 3 .
It's goodsubmitted by Isabella D. - |Recommended: YesComfortable
Great place-submitted by Alex W. - |Recommended: YesI would say that the Ivy is a great place to live. While there can be some issues with parking, I was overall impressed by the complex. I would say that some of the hallways and grounds didn't receive the care that I would have found adequate for the rent that is paid by residents, weird smells and garbage issues are mostly my concern. However, the Ivy was a good place to live, I met some good people and will continue to live here as I continue my BYU-Idaho Career.
Great Living and Servicesubmitted by Dillon C. - |Recommended: YesSimple, but still a great place to live for an affordable price. Great service and staff make the experience better.
Big Placesubmitted by Luis C. - |Recommended: YesIt is good to live in this complex.
During my stay here, I have had very little complaints.submitted by Boden S. - |Recommended: YesIt's pretty simple, but relatively nice and clean. The buses are a really great asset, and noise level in apartments are low. Its a nice and convenient complex to be in.
The Shuttle Is Main Reason I stayed here. It feels to hotelish inside..submitted by Samuel A. - |Recommended: YesIt's nice inside, there's almost too much room. The shuttle is worth it. I like to play ping pong and pool here. Decent wards.
